IMPORTANT: BCHA requires applicants to bring Social Security Cards, a Driver’s License/Birth Certificate to the office when submitting the application. Applications returned without these documents are deemed incomplete and the application will be returned.
If the contact information changes while you are on the waiting list, it is your job to contact BCHA and up date this information.
